100Cr6 bearing steel pipe is a high-quality high-carbon chromium bearing steel with excellent hardness, wear resistance and fatigue resistance. It is suitable for manufacturing high-load and high-speed parts such as high-speed rotating bearings, gears, and universal joints. When the residual carbon content on the surface of 100Cr6 seamless steel pipe is 0.6%-0.7% of the decarburized layer, the overheat sensitivity of the surface layer increases due to the reduction of carbides. After normal heating and quenching, the surface hardness can reach 60-62HRC, but its bending strength decreases by 40%-50%. The grain size of the surface layer reaches level 7, and the core is level 10. The heat softening temperature of this steel is 320℃, the hardenability is better than that of chromium steel, and the oil quenching hardenability depth reaches 40-50mm.
After quenching and tempering, 100Cr6 carbon steel pipe has high and uniform hardness, good wear resistance, and high contact fatigue strength.
