When manufacturing seamless Q345B steel pipes
There are several key factors to note. First of all, the uneven structure is often caused by the tube blank. Secondly, the annealing temperature of the finished product needs to be appropriate, the piercing heating temperature should be between 1230-1250°C, and the heating time is generally more than 60 minutes. Finally, the cause of cracks also needs attention. Tests have proven that the inside of the tube blank (round steel) contains many cracks, inclusions, air pockets, etc. Improper adjustment of the perforation temperature and process will also cause the internal tissue of the capillary tube to tear.
