FBE anti-corrosion insulation pipe is closely combined with the working steel pipe for transporting medium, PBE anti-corrosion coating, polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer and high-density polyethylene outer protective pipe.
1. Suitable for pipe network systems where the temperature of the conveying medium is not higher than 120°C, the occasional peak temperature is not higher than 140°, and the working pressure is not higher than 2.5Mpa. Polyurethane insulated pipes can work continuously for at least 30 years in an environment of 120°C.
2. The products are widely used in anti-corrosion and thermal insulation pipeline projects in the field of crude oil transportation.
