In terms of manufacturing precision, it strictly adheres to ASME B36.10M dimensional standards, stipulating that the wall thickness must not deviate more than 12.5% below the nominal value; furthermore, each length of pipe must undergo a hydrostatic test based on the formula P=2St/D (or equivalent non-destructive testing) to guarantee absolute structural integrity when conveying high-pressure steam or volatile media.
