A335 seamless high-pressure alloy steel pipe is a high-quality alloy steel pipe with excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. It implements the ASTM A335 standard and approximates the ASTM A213 T22 standard.
The ASTM A335/A335M standard covers a variety of ferrites Alloy steel materials, such as P1, P2, P5, P5B, P5C, P9, P11, P12, P21, P22, P23, P36, P91 (Type1, Type2), P92, etc.
A335 boiler tubes are available in a variety of sizes, with diameters ranging from 60.3mm to 765mm and wall thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 120mm. These specifications can meet the needs of different fields such as the petrochemical industry and nuclear power plants.

Flattening Test - A flattening test shall be performed on each end of each batch of finished pipes
Flaring Test - A flare test should be performed on a sample from each end of each batch of finished tubes.
Hydraulic or non-destructive electrical testing - Each pipe shall be subjected to a non-destructive electrical or hydrostatic test.
