ASTM A423 Grade1 high frequency electric welded steel pipe is mainly used for: gas saver, air preheater, heat exchanger and evaporator in high sulfur flue gas, to resist condensation corrosion of sulfur flue gas.
A423 Grade1 ERW steel pipe is made of ordinary carbon steel with a small amount of corrosion-resistant elements such as copper and nickel. It has the characteristics of high-quality steel such as toughness, plasticity, forming, welding, abrasion, high temperature and fatigue resistance. The weather resistance is 2 to 8 times that of ordinary carbon steel, and the paintability is 1.5 to 10 times that of ordinary carbon steel. At the same time, it is rust-resistant, making the components anti-corrosion and life-extending, thinning and consumption-reducing, and saving labor and energy.
