14MoV63 steel pipe is a low alloy high temperature steel with excellent high temperature performance.
In China, the material standard corresponding to 14MoV63 alloy pipe is 15CrMoR, also known as 1.7715 steel.
The heat treatment system of 14MoV63 alloy round pipe includes normalizing + tempering or quenching, the temperature range is 950~990°C, air cooling or oil cooling, and the tempering temperature is 670~720°C, air cooling or furnace cooling. It is suitable for components under high temperature and high pressure environment, such as boilers and pressure vessels.
