JIS G3462 STBA23 alloy boiler and heat exchanger tube is an alloy steel tube used in high temperature applications such as boilers, heat exchangers, chemical and petroleum industries.
STBA23 alloy steel pipe has specific chemical composition requirements, including a minimum chromium (Cr) content of 1.90%-2.60%, a minimum molybdenum (Mo) content of 0.87%-1.13%, and a minimum tensile strength of 60ksi (415 MPa). These pipes can be produced in seamless and resistance welded forms and can also be used in U-bend applications.
JIS G3462 STBA23 boiler tubes are mainly used to manufacture boiler heating surface tubes, economizers, superheaters, reheaters, petrochemical industry tubes, etc.
