25MnG seamless high-pressure pipe is a seamless steel pipe for high-pressure boilers, made of high-quality carbon structural steel. This steel pipe was introduced into the GB5310 standard in 1995, replacing the original 20G material to improve yield strength and improve heat transfer efficiency. 25MnG steel pipe is mainly used to manufacture water-cooled walls, economizers, low-temperature superheaters and other components with working temperatures below 500°C. It is also suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, power stations, boilers, etc., such as manufacturing reactors, heat exchangers, separators and other equipment.
In terms of mechanical properties, the yield strength Rp0.2 (MPa) of 25MnG steel pipe is ≥784, the tensile strength Rm (MPa) is ≥319, the impact value is 22J, the elongation is 13%, and the cross-sectional shrinkage is 21%. In addition, its physical properties are also excellent, such as thermal conductivity and specific heat capacity at different temperatures.
