Q: Can you accept customised and OEM products?
A: Yes, we can produce according to your drawings and logos, and because we have a very strong design and development team, the feedback of customised products is very good.
Q: What are your payment methods?
A: New customers usually have two payment methods
1) 30% T/T as deposit, 70% balance according to the copy of bill of lading. 2) 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit payable on sight.

Q: How about samples? Is there no extra charge?
A: Yes, we would like to provide samples before ordering, if the samples are from stock it will be free of charge, if the samples are from new products we will charge some reasonable fee, but this fee will be deducted from your order invoice.
Q: How long are your lead times?
A: We have more than 8000 tonnes of stock per day, currently we only need 5 days stock for normal sizes; for new production of special sizes, we need 20-30 days lead time.
