E215 Seamless Precision Steel Tube Description
E215 Precision Seamless Tube is a cold-drawn seamless steel tube made of high-strength structural steel produced in Germany, and its standard specifications include pipes with diameters from Φ20 to Φ160. This type of steel tube is mainly used for manufacturing various metal components and unimportant mechanical parts that are subjected to static loads and welded parts that do not require heat treatment.

-Delivery condition + LC: σs ≥ 0.7σb
** Upper yield point σs ≥ 0.5σb; σs in the table is the upper yield strength ReH
① Symbol + C in the table: indicates cold-drawn hardened, without heat treatment after the last cold-drawn.
② Symbol + LC in the table: indicates cold-drawn / softened (cold finishing), after the last heat treatment, in the appropriate cold-drawn (limited section reduction).
③ Symbol + SR in the table: Cold drawing and stress relieving, after the last cold drawing, under controlled conditions.
④ Symbol + A in the table: Soft annealing, after the last cold drawing and annealing.
⑤ Symbol + N in the table: normalising, normalising after the last cold drawing.
ⓐ For seamless steel tubes with OD ≤ 30 mm and wall thickness ≤ 3 mm, the minimum σs value is 10 MPa lower than that shown in this table.
