EN 10305 E355 seamless tubes are precision cold-drawn seamless steel tubes produced according to the European standard EN 10305-1, made of E355 (which corresponds to the international grade S355J2H). E355 (which corresponds to the international grade S355J2H) belongs to medium-carbon low alloy steel, with high strength, high precision, and excellent cold working performance, making it suitable for machinery manufacturing, hydraulic systems, and other precision structural fields.

Cold Drawing & Forming: Improvement of dimensional accuracy (tolerance ± 0.05mm) and surface finish by the cold drawing process.
Oxidation-free heat treatment (NBK condition): eliminates internal stresses and prevents the formation of oxide layers, guaranteeing material cleanliness.

Elongation: ≥ 18% - 21% (scale distance 5.65√S₀ to ensure good plasticity).
