10# Medium Pressure Seamless Pipe is a kind of seamless steel pipe for low and medium pressure boiler, and its executive standard is GB 3087-2008.This kind of steel pipe is mainly used to manufacture the heating surface of industrial boiler, which can be used under the condition that the working pressure is not more than 5.9MPa, the maximum wall temperature of the tube of the heating surface is not more than 480℃, and the maximum wall temperature of the header box and the steam pipe is not more than 430℃.
10# steel pipe has good process performance, with good plasticity and weldability, suitable for various welding methods, such as manual welding or gas shielded welding. In terms of heat treatment, normalising treatment is usually adopted to obtain ideal metallurgical organisation and mechanical properties. In addition, 10# steel pipe has good pressure processing performance and is suitable for forging and rolling at various temperatures.
