G-Type Finned Tube Description
G-type finned tube is a high-efficiency heat exchange element. It achieves mechanical engagement by slotting the surface of the base tube and embedding metal fins, which greatly increases the heat exchange area (the fin ratio is 15-20 times). Its core feature is the embedded structure: first, a spiral groove is machined on the base tube, and then the fin (aluminum or copper strip) is embedded in the groove with a pre-tightening force, and the end is welded and fixed to form a gapless heat conduction interface.
