STK400 galvanized steel pipe is a Japanese carbon structural steel whose chemical composition includes elements such as carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus and sulfur. The contents of these elements are not more than 0.25%, 0.35%, 1.30%, 0.04% and 0.04% respectively. .
According to Japanese Industrial Standard JIS G3444, STK400 hot-dip galvanized steel pipe is one of the carbon steel pipes suitable for general structural purposes, with a minimum yield strength of 400N/mm².
Under JIS standards, STK400 steel pipe is a high-strength, high-toughness structural steel pipe with a yield strength of not less than 400MPa. This kind of steel pipe is usually manufactured by hot rolling or cold drawing process, with smooth surface and high dimensional accuracy. It is widely used in construction, machinery, chemical industry, electric power, aerospace and other fields.
