ASME SA335 P12 seamless pipe is primarily made of chromium-molybdenum alloy steel, specifically 1Cr-0.5Mo. It possesses excellent high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance, and can maintain stable performance under extreme working conditions. ASTM A335 P12 boiler seamless pipe has been widely used in large-diameter pipelines and corresponding high-temperature headers of large-capacity thermal power generating units in various countries around the world.

Energy & Power:
Main steam piping, high-temperature coupling box, and reheater piping of thermal power generating units, resistant to high pressure (≥9.8 MPa) and high temperature (450-650°C).
Main feed pipes and steam transmission systems for conventional nuclear power islands.
Chemical & Petroleum:
High-temperature reactor, cracker pipe, and heat exchanger of oil refining plants, resistant to sulphide and oxidation corrosion.
Domestic equivalent grades and differences
Equivalent material:
Domestic 12Cr1MoVG (GB/T 5310) is close in performance to SA335 P12, but there are differences in composition:
Higher chromium content (1.15-1.50% vs 0.80-1.25%);
Slightly lower molybdenum content (0.25-0.35% vs 0.44-0.65%).
Substitution limitations:
The suitability of domestically produced materials needs to be critically evaluated in ultra-high temperature (>600°C) or highly corrosive media scenarios.

A: Usually, we would like to supply the samples before an order is placed. If the samples are in stock, they will be free. If the samples need to be produced, we will charge a reasonable cost. However, this amount will be deducted from your first order invoice.
