A213 TP304L stainless steel pipe is an austenitic stainless steel pipe, which is composed of alloy elements such as iron, chromium, and nickel, among which the chromium content is relatively high, reaching 19.0%~23.0%, and the nickel content is 8.0%~11.0%. Due to its special alloy composition, TP304L seamless pipe has good corrosion resistance, high temperature performance and mechanical properties.
The production process of SS TP 304L steel pipe mainly includes smelting, rolling and annealing. Moreover, the tensile strength and yield strength of 304L stainless steel heater tube are higher than those of ordinary steel pipes, and it has good plasticity and toughness. It can adapt to high temperature and high pressure environment.
