ASTM A213 T22 alloy steel pipe has a maximum hardness of 163 HB and has excellent wear resistance and pressure resistance. In addition, its minimum yield strength is 205MPa and its minimum tensile strength is as high as 415MPa, which allows the pipe to maintain stable performance even under extreme conditions, providing solid protection for various high-temperature applications.
In terms of welding, SA213 T22 boiler steel pipe has excellent compatibility and can be matched with most traditional welding methods. However, when oxyacetylene welding or submerged arc welding is used, in order to ensure that the performance of the pipe is not affected, post-weld heat treatment, mainly annealing, must be performed. This step ensures that the pipe does not deform or lose its original mechanical properties during the welding process.
