A335 P22 alloy pipe is a seamless steel pipe of ASTM A335/A335M standard, which is a 2.25Cr-1Mo chromium pipe for boilers and superheaters. It is used in working temperatures of 540~750 degrees, high temperature working environments, high pressure, ultra-high pressure, subcritical power station boilers, superheaters, headers and main steam pipes, etc.
What is the difference between A213 T22 pipe and A335 P22 pipe?
The chemical composition and performance of T22 and P22 alloy steel pipes are similar. T22 is used for the heating surface of the boiler and is in direct contact with the flue gas. Seamless steel pipes are used for connecting pipes. T/P22 is equivalent to Germany's 10CrMo910.
T22 belongs to ASTMSA213 boilers, superheaters and heat exchangers. Seamless ferrite and austenite alloy steel pipes for home appliances, P22 belongs to ASTM SA335 seamless ferrite alloy steel pipes for high temperature.
