12CrMo195 alloy steel pipe is made of pearlite heat-resistant steel, which has high oxidation resistance and high temperature steam corrosion resistance, and has excellent thermal strength performance. It is widely used in various industrial fields, especially under conditions that need to withstand high temperature, high pressure or corrosive media.
The mechanical properties of 12CrMo195 seamless steel pipe will be different. When the quenching temperature of the steel pipe is 900-950℃ and the coolant is oil cooling, the yield strength is ≥275MPa, the tensile strength is 410-560MPa, the elongation is ≥22%, and the hardness is ≤179HB.
12CrMo195 seamless alloy steel pipe can resist the erosion of various corrosive media, such as acid, alkali, etc. In high-speed flowing media, it can maintain a good surface state, reduce wear, and ensure the stability of the equipment.
