16Mn structural seamless pipe is a low-alloy high-strength structural steel. The yield strength is above 400MPa, the tensile strength and yield point are higher than ordinary carbon steel, and the yield point is more than 70% of the tensile strength. It has good low-temperature toughness and corrosion resistance, can be used in low-temperature environments below -40℃, and can work in various corrosive media. It is often used to manufacture various types of pressure vessels, pipelines, bridges, ships, aircraft and other structural parts.
The production process of 16Mn seamless alloy steel pipe includes steps such as tube blank preparation, perforation, rolling, heat treatment, straightening, and tube cutting.
