20mnG high-pressure boiler tubes are high-quality carbon structural steels. Characteristics and scope of application: high-manganese, low-carbon permeable steel, with properties similar to 15Mn steel. Low carbon carburizing steel with higher manganese content (W mn 0.70%-1.00%). Due to its high manganese content, its strength, plasticity, machinability and hardenability are slightly higher than those of 15 steel. Surface formation occurs during carburizing and quenching. There are few soft spots, so it is suitable to carry out carburizing and carbonitriding treatment to obtain the comprehensive performance of surface wear resistance and good core toughness. Good toughness after hot rolling or normalizing treatment.
20mnG boiler tubes comply with the national standard GB5310 and are used for medium and low pressure boiler tubes, high pressure boiler tubes, special tubes for fertilizers, heating surface tubes of petroleum cracking tubes, economizers, superheaters, and reheaters.

Carbon C: 0.17~0.24, Silicon Si: 0.17~0.37, Manganese Mn: 0.7~1.00, Phosphorus P: ≤0.03, Sulfur S: ≤0.03, Chromium Cr: ≤0.15, Nickel Ni: ≤0.25, Copper Cu: ≤0.20
Mechanical properties:
Tensile strength ≥415MPa, yield limit ≥240MPa, elongation ≥22%.
