A335 SA213 DIN17175 EN10216 High-temperature and high-pressure alloy pipes are a type of seamless pressure-bearing pipes, primarily used for conveying liquids or gases or as pressure components in high-temperature and high-pressure equipment. They are commonly employed in fields such as boilers, petrochemicals, and geological drilling.
These pipes are manufactured from carbon steel, alloy structural steel, and stainless steel, with typical materials including 15CrMoG, 12Cr1MoVG, etc., and must meet technical requirements such as creep strength and oxidation resistance.
The production process involves heating the billet, piercing, rolling, etc., with finished pipes undergoing hydrostatic testing. They are classified according to international standards into types such as ASTM A335, SA213, and DIN 17175.
Outer diameter range: 16–480 mm
Wall thickness range: 3–50 mm
Hot-rolled pipe length: up to 3–12.5 meters
Cold-drawn pipe length: 1.5–9 meters
During production, defects such as cracking and decarburization caused by heat treatment must be controlled. The machining precision and material selection directly impact safety under extreme operating conditions.
