ASTM A335 P1 seamless alloy steel pipe is mainly used for the heating surface of high-pressure boilers, economizers, headers, superheaters, reheaters, and petrochemical industry pipes, etc.
ASTM A335 P1 pipe is made of 1% chromium, carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, and molybdenum. It is a low-carbon steel with a carbon content of 0.05 – 0.15%.
During production and delivery, ASTM A335 P1 alloy steel pipe is usually delivered in a heat-treated state to ensure the stable performance of the steel pipe. The tensile strength is at least 415MPa, the yield strength is at least 205MPa, and the elongation after fracture is at least 30%.
