API 5CT N80Q casing belongs to the Group 4 steel grade in the API 5CT standard, i.e. Group Q. The chemical composition of API 5CT N80Q casing, including sulphur and phosphorus, is less than 0.045%, which ensures good sulphur corrosion resistance. After flattening test, tensile test and hydraulic test, it ensures the structural strength and sealing performance of API 5CT C90 steel pipe.N80Q steel pipe is usually bundled with steel wires or bands, and the exposed portion of the threads of each casing and coupling hoop is screwed with a protective ring (wire guard) to protect the threads from damage.
