API 5L X52 grade seamless pipe is a high yield strength pipe specification suitable for high temperature and pressure applications. They have a minimum yield strength of 52,000 PSI and a minimum yield strength of 66,000 PSI. This works for different stress levels.
Product specifications are available in two levels: API 5L X52 PSL2 and API 5L X52 PSL1. Among them, PSL2 has better mechanical properties and slightly different chemical composition, but both pipes are used in oil, water and natural gas transmission pipelines.
The API 5L X52 carbon steel pipes supplied by GNEE can be manufactured by hot rolling or cold drawing processes and therefore can be used in both seamless and welded conditions. Available in different outside diameters, from 3/8 inch to 30 inches. Tubes can be delivered in rolled, thermodynamically rolled or normalized rolled condition.
API 5L X52 Class B welded pipe is available in different sizes to suit different pressure levels. Available in sizes from 20 to XXS and above, with wall thicknesses up to 250mm, a wide range of options are available. And ISO 3183 L360 grade X52 pipes are quality tested, these X52 pipes can also be drawn, expanded, machined or sandblasted before purchase according to customer requirements.
