The main material is high-quality carbon structural steel, ensuring good mechanical properties and high temperature resistance.
Specifications and dimensions:
The outer diameter is generally 48-219mm, the wall thickness range is 3-40mm, and the wall thickness is required to be at least 4mm to ensure the safe operation of the high-pressure boiler.
Mechanical properties:
The tensile strength is 410-550MPa, the yield strength is 245MPa, and the elongation is greater than 25%.
Application areas:
It is mainly used to manufacture key components such as superheater tubes, reheater tubes, gas guide tubes, main steam pipes, etc. of high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure boilers.
