A210 GRC Hot-finished steel pipe Description
A210 Grade C superheater tube is a medium carbon steel seamless tube used in boiler and superheater systems. This steel tube follows ASTM A210 and ASME SA210 standards and has the following main features and uses:
Chemical composition: C content ≤0.35%, Mn content between 0.29~1.06%, P and S content ≤0.035%, Si content ≥0.10%.
Mechanical properties: tensile strength ≥485 MPa, yield strength ≥275 MPa, elongation ≥30%, hardness ≤89 HRB.
Production method: Steel pipes are usually produced by hot rolling, and heat treatment is a common delivery state.
Specifications: Outer diameter ranges from 57mm to 762mm, wall thickness ranges from 3.0mm to 130mm.
A210 Grade C steel pipe is widely used in thermal power boilers, especially large power station boilers. Its good mechanical properties and processing properties make it suitable for the manufacture of water-cooled walls and superheater tubes of boilers, ensuring efficient and safe operation of power generation equipment.
