ASTM A519 GR 4130 steel pipe is a seamless carbon steel alloy pipe widely used in mechanical processing, high-pressure fluid delivery and other fields.
AISI 4130 steel pipe is a low-alloy steel whose composition includes elements such as carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, chromium, molybdenum and iron. At room temperature, its typical elastic modulus ranges from 190 to 210 GPa, and its density is about 7.85 g/cm³. Its tensile strength varies between 758 and 1882 MPa, and the large range of ultimate tensile strength is due to different heat treatment conditions.
It should be noted that the mechanical properties of ASTM A519 Gr 4130 alloy structural steel pipe are affected by many factors such as heat treatment, processing conditions, and material composition. Therefore, when using AISI 4130 carbon seamless steel pipe, it needs to be handled and processed according to the specific application scenarios and requirements to ensure that its performance meets the requirements.

41 means a low alloy steel containing 1 % chromium and 0.2 % molybdenum.
30 means a carbon content of 0.30%.
In addition there will be around 0.2-0.5 % silicon, 0.5-1.0 % manganese, and under 0.1 % of each of a dozen or so other elements whose presence is unavoidable.
The remaining 97-98 % is iron.
