C35E Seamless Cold Drawn Tubes Description
C35E seamless honed precision steel tube is made by hot rolling, cold rolling or cold drawing. Its biggest feature is that there is no welding seam on the surface of the tube. During the manufacturing process, the steel ingot is first heated to a suitable temperature, and then pierced by a piercing machine to form a tube blank. Then, the tube blank is gradually formed into a steel tube of the required size through multiple rolling or drawing. Finally, the steel tube needs to go through heat treatment, straightening, finishing and other processes to achieve higher quality standards.
