EN 10083-2 C35 steel pipe is a medium carbon steel with high strength and toughness. The German equivalent of this steel is called CK35 steel.
The chemical composition of C35 seamless steel pipe includes carbon content 0.32-0.39%, silicon content up to 0.40%, manganese content 0.50-0.80%, phosphorus content up to 0.035%, and sulfur content up to 0.035%.
EN 10083-2 C35 carbon steel pipe has good heat treatability and welding performance. The required hardness and strength can be obtained through proper heat treatment. It is widely used in mechanical engineering, automobile manufacturing and construction machinery, and is often used to manufacture mechanical parts such as shafts, gears, and wheels.
