EN 10084 Carbon Steel Pipe is a low carbon steel pipe that combines 100-130% manganese, with low cost, good plasticity and easy forming characteristics.
EN 10084 Seamless Pipe Because of the low carbon content, the hardness of low carbon steel pipe is usually not as good as that of high carbon steel pipe, but carburizing treatment can increase its surface hardness.
The carburizing temperature is usually between 880-980°C, and the surface hardening temperature is between 780-820°C.
The forging hot forming temperature ranges from 1100-850°C, and the normalizing temperature ranges from 850-880°C.
EN 10084 Carbon Steel Seamless Pipe is widely used in the manufacture of mechanical parts that require high strength and wear resistance, such as gears, bearings, pins, etc.
