16MnCr5 seamless pipe is mainly used to manufacture gears, worms, sealing sleeves and other parts.
16MnCr5 carbon steel pipe has excellent mechanical properties. Its yield strength is usually greater than or equal to 461 MPa, tensile strength is 882 MPa, elongation is greater than or equal to 24%, and impact toughness is 21 J1.
Carburizing treatment can increase the surface hardness of 16MnCr5 seamless carbon pipe. The carburizing temperature is usually between 880-980°C, and the surface hardening temperature is between 780-820°C. This seamless pipe is easy to hot work and weld.
