Q235 carbon steel pipe is a common carbon structural steel, mainly used for conveying low-pressure fluids, and is also widely used in building structures such as factories, bridges, ships and general metal structures.
According to GB700-88 standard, Q235 seamless carbon steel pipe is divided into four grades: A, B, C, and D. The Si content of each grade of steel is 0.3%, but the carbon content and sulfur and phosphorus content are different.
Q235 structural steel pipe is generally smelted in a converter or open furnace, and can be rolled into plates, profiles (round, square, flat, I, groove, angle, etc.) and special-shaped profiles. It can also be made into welded steel pipes. Welded pipes are divided into ordinary steel pipes and thickened steel pipes according to the specified wall thickness. Steel pipes are divided into threaded and non-threaded according to the form of pipe ends.
