① For profiles with nominal thickness >100mm, C content is negotiated.
② For long products, P and S contents are 0.005% or higher.
③ For long products, if the form of sulphide in steel is changed, the maximum value of S content is increased by 0.015% in order to improve the mechanical properties, and the chemical composition is a minimum value of 0.0020% Ca.
④ If Cu content exceeds 0.40%, thermal embrittlement can be induced during thermoforming.
⑤ Nitrogen is not used if the chemical composition is a minimum value of 0.020% of the total content of aluminium or a minimum value of 0.015% of the aluminium acid solution or when other nitrogen binder is present in the conditions of the nitrogen maximum. In this case the nitrogen binder should be recorded in the inspection documentation.
(vi) If other elements are added, this should be reflected in the inspection documentation.
