Mechanical properties:

Surface quality inspection
There should be no visible cracks, folds, folds, delamination and scarring on the inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe. These defects should be completely removed, the removal depth should not exceed 10% of the wall thickness, and the actual wall thickness at the cleaned location should not be less than the minimum allowable wall thickness, and the removal area should have a smooth transition.
The straight depth of the inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe shall comply with the following regulations: for hot-rolled steel pipes, it shall not exceed 5% of the wall thickness and shall not exceed 0.4 mm; for hot-expanded steel pipes, it shall not exceed 0.5 mm; for cold-rolled (drawn) steel pipes, it shall not exceed the wall thickness 4% of the thickness and not exceeding 0.2 mm. Other local imperfections may exist whose depth does not exceed the deviation below the wall thickness.
