DIN 1.4571 Stainless Steel Pipes is a German DIN standard stainless steel, also known as X6CrNiMoTi17-12-2. Its chemical composition includes 17% to 19% chromium, 12% to 14% nickel, 2.5% to 3% molybdenum and 0.08% to 0.12% titanium. In addition, 1.4571 contains small amounts of carbon, manganese, silicon, phosphorus and sulfur.
DIN 1.4571 Hot Rolled Pipes have good mechanical properties in high temperature environments and are therefore suitable for high temperature applications such as petrochemical and chemical processing equipment. At the same time, 1.4571 also has excellent heat treatability, can be heat treated at high temperatures, and has high strength and hardness.
DIN 1.4571 Seamless Pipes also offer good welding and processing properties. It can be processed in various ways, such as stamping, deep drawing and bending. DIN 1.4571 Fabricated Pipes are ideally suited for arc, gas and plasma welding.
