10CrMo910 (also known as 10CrMo9-10) is a low-alloy chromium-molybdenum heat-resistant steel, falling under the category of pearlitic alloy structural steels. Its main composition includes carbon (0.08%-0.15%), chromium (2.00%-2.50%), and molybdenum (0.90%-1.20%). By incorporating alloy elements, it enhances high-temperature strength, toughness, and hardenability. This material requires heat treatments such as normalizing and tempering, as well as surface chemical treatment. It is commonly used for manufacturing high-temperature and high-pressure components such as high-pressure boiler pipes with wall temperatures ≤ 570°C, petroleum cracking equipment, and hydraulic supports. Its seamless steel pipe products exhibit excellent creep resistance and corrosion resistance under high-temperature conditions. The mechanical properties include a tensile strength of 450-600 MPa and a yield strength of ≥ 280 MPa. During welding, preheating and post-weld heat treatment are necessary to prevent cracking, with the R407 welding electrode being suitable for matching its composition. The product adheres to the GB/T3077-1999 standard, with production processes encompassing technologies such as hot rolling and cold drawing. It is widely applied in the energy and chemical equipment manufacturing sectors.
