40Cr sucker rod coupling is a connector used to join sucker rods for oilfield downhole pumping. GNEE sucker rod couplings are made of 40Cr material, complying with API Spec 11B standard. The product range includes hardfaced couplings, standard couplings, reduced couplings, full-length, small-bore and oversize sizes, available in 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", 1" and 1 1/8".
Both GNEE standard sucker rod couplings and hardfaced sucker rod couplings are manufactured according to API Spec 11B standard. For example, the threading process uses cold extrusion technology, which moves material rather than cutting it. This process ensures the compressive strength at the thread roots and effectively overcomes the weaknesses of traditional machined thread couplings.
