Applications

Boiler Core Components: Widely used in the heating surface tubes of high-pressure and above pressure water-tube boilers, such as economizers (preheating boiler feedwater to improve thermal efficiency), superheaters (heating saturated steam into superheated steam), and reheaters (improving the steam's work capacity). Each batch should have both ends of two pipes subjected to a flattening test, with the test methods following ASTM A450, Division 21. These tubes shall be selected apart from those used for the flattening test.
