Hot-rolled P91 seamless steel tubes have an outer diameter range of 32-630mm and wall thickness of 2.5-75mm, complying with international standards including DIN 17175-79, JIS G3467-88, and ASTM A335.
These tubes are mainly used in high-temperature superheaters and reheaters with wall temperatures ≤625°C for subcritical/supercritical boilers, as well as nuclear heat exchangers and petroleum cracking equipment. They are categorized by application into general-purpose transportation, boiler-specific, and geological-use types.
The supply methods include mechanical property verification and hydrostatic testing. It should be noted that there are standard differences between P91 and T91 alloy steel tubes (T91 complies with SA213 T91 standard).
