Core Components

Valve Body
Main structure made of carbon steel, housing internal components and connecting to piping.

Ball
Core opening and closing element, with a through hole or channel, capable of rotating 90° to control the flow of fluid or regulate flow.

Valve Seat
Forms a sealing surface with the ball, preventing fluid leakage.

Sealing Ring
Usually made of PTFE or an elastomer, enhances the seal between the valve seat and the ball.

Valve Stem
Connects the operating handle to the ball, transmitting rotational force to drive the ball.

Valve Bonnet
Secures the sealing element and connects to the valve body, ensuring stability of internal components.

Packing
Fills the gap between the valve stem and bonnet, preventing leakage along the valve stem.
