10CrMo910 alloy steel pipe is a 2.25Cr-1Mo pearlitic heat-resistant steel, a German grade widely used in the UK, US, Germany, Japan, and other countries. The seamless 10CrMo910 alloy pipe complies with the DIN 17175-1979 standard, which is equivalent to the domestic 12Cr2MoG (GB/T 5310 standard).
10CrMo910 alloy tubes are used for heating surface tubes in low- and medium-pressure boilers (operating pressure generally not exceeding 5.88 MPa, operating temperature below 450°C). They are also used for heating surface tubes, economizers, superheaters, reheaters, and petrochemical industry pipes in high-pressure boilers (operating pressure generally above 9.8 MPa, operating temperature between 450°C and 650°C).
