EN10219, ASTM A500/A252, API 5L, AS/NZ1163 Steel Pipe Piles are construction materials composed of steel pipes, mortise tenon slots, and mortise tenon pins. The left end of the pipe's diameter features a vertically connected mortise slot on its wall, with a cross-sectional shape resembling an open-sided square frame. Reinforcing ribs are installed on the sides of the mortise slot. On the right end of the pipe's diameter and at an offset radial position, a mortise pin is vertically connected, with a cross-sectional profile shaped like an "I-beam."
Steel pipe piles are suitable for foundations in wharf and harbor construction, with diameters typically ranging from 400 to 2000 mm, most commonly 1800 mm.
