2. Processing Technology
Customized processing refers to the customized processing of S275JR square tubes according to the specific needs of customers. Common processing methods include the following:
(1) Cutting: Sawing, flame cutting, or plasma cutting can be used according to length requirements to ensure a smooth cut and accurate dimensions. (2) Bending: The round tube is processed into the required arc shape through cold bending or hot bending processes. The bending radius needs to be reasonably designed according to the tube diameter and wall thickness to avoid material cracking or deformation.
(3) Welding: S275JR material has good weldability and can be used by methods such as electric arc welding and gas shielded welding. Preheating and interpass temperature control are necessary during welding to reduce welding stress.
(4) Drilling and Tapping: Holes or threads are machined on the surface of the square tube to meet assembly requirements. Appropriate tools and cutting parameters must be selected during processing.
