3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe for natural gas pipeline is a special anti-corrosion process specially used for natural gas pipeline. 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe for natural gas pipeline is made of seamless steel pipe or welded steel pipe with polyethylene anti-corrosion layer on the outer wall. The specific method is as follows:
The steel pipe is sandblasted on the outer wall when it enters the factory to remove rust and other dirt on the surface of the steel pipe and increase the adhesion of the steel pipe surface. The sandblasted steel pipe is heated by a medium-frequency heating device, and the treated steel pipe is sprayed with an epoxy powder layer. After the epoxy powder is sprayed, an adhesive layer is applied (the adhesive layer serves to connect the epoxy powder layer and the outer wall polyethylene anti-corrosion). After the adhesive layer is applied, the outer polyethylene anti-corrosion layer is applied. Since the anti-corrosion layer is composed of a three-layer structure, it is called 3PE anti-corrosion, also known as three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion.

3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe: 3PE anti-corrosion layer is a three-layer structure polyolefin coating (MAPEC) anti-corrosion steel pipe coating. This anti-corrosion steel pipe has good anti-corrosion performance and a long service life. It is currently the most widely used anti-corrosion steel pipe in natural gas transmission pipelines.
FBE epoxy powder anti-corrosion steel pipe: FBE anti-corrosion steel pipe refers to a steel-plastic composite pipe that evenly applies epoxy powder on the surface of the steel pipe through high-frequency induction heating. This anti-corrosion steel pipe has the characteristics of smooth coating, strong adhesion, impact resistance, and wear resistance. It is suitable for natural gas transportation in complex environments such as buried or underwater.
IPN8710 anti-corrosion steel pipe: IPN8710 anti-corrosion steel pipe is through the anti-corrosion of the inner wall of the pipeline, reducing losses during water transportation and improving energy utilization. The inner wall of this anti-corrosion steel pipe is smooth and scale-free, which can effectively improve transportation efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
