15Mo3 alloy tubes for boilers are thick-walled round tubes made of 15Mo3 material. They are mainly used in the heating surfaces of low and medium pressure boilers with working pressures not exceeding 5.88MPa and temperatures below 450℃, as well as in economizers and superheaters of high-pressure boilers. Their tensile strength is 450–600MPa, and their yield strength is ≥270MPa.

15Mo3 high temperature pipe Features
High-Temperature Performance: Maintains good mechanical properties and oxidation resistance at high temperatures.
Corrosion Resistance: Effectively resists corrosion from various chemicals, including common corrosive media such as water, oil, and general acid and alkali solutions.
Welding and Machining Performance: Possesses good weldability and machinability, is easy to manufacture and process, and is suitable for various complex manufacturing and processing needs.
Applications of 15Mo3 Steel Pipes
15Mo3 alloy pipes are widely used in many industrial fields due to their excellent high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosion-resistant properties, including but not limited to:
Boiler manufacturing: such as key components like low-temperature superheater headers and economizer support frames (wall temperature ≤540℃).
Pressure vessels: such as chemical containers and oil storage tanks.
Pipeline systems: such as main steam pipelines (design pressure ≤10MPa) and other pipeline systems requiring high temperature and high pressure resistance.
Petrochemical equipment: such as catalytic cracking heat exchanger shells and internal components of hydrogenation reactors (temperature ≤450℃).
Others: such as heat treatment furnaces, furnace tubes, and furnace shells, and other furnace processing equipment.
