ASTM A192 U-bend pipe is a seamless carbon steel U-bend pipe manufactured to ASTM A192 standards. U-shaped elbow, also called elbow, is a type of pipe fitting, which is divided into two types: cold simmering and hot simmering. Generally, elbows with small and medium diameters can be obtained by cold bending, while those with large diameters require hot bending.
ASTM A192 U-shaped elbow is mainly used for heating surface pipes, headers, economizers, superheaters, reheaters and other components of high-pressure boilers, and can withstand high-temperature and high-pressure working environments.

The bending radius is below 1000mm and heat treatment is required.
Heat treatment
If requested by the customer, we add a straight pipe section with a minimum of 150mm according to the elbow.
Heat treatment is performed.
