ASME SA 209 Grade T1 seamless pipe is carbon steel pipe that is subsequently added with chromium, molybdenum, and sometimes vanadium, called chromium-molybdenum pipe. ASME specification alloy steel pipe for high temperature service applications.
Seamless alloy steel pipe conforming to ASME SA 209 Grade T1 is reheated and supplied in the fully annealed, isothermal annealed, or normalized quenched and tempered condition.
ASME SA 209 Grade T1 alloy steel seamless pipe has a typical chemical composition with 0.44-0.65 molybdenum added. The minimum tensile strength of the bearing is 380 MPa and the minimum yield strength of ASME SA 209 T1 grade pipe is 205 MPa.
