What Is ASME SA 210 Grade A1 Pipe?

The SA210 Gr a1 material has carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur and silicon in the composition. The composition makes the different sizes of ASTM A210 Boiler Pipe to have high yield and tensile strength values. The minimum yield strength of the pipes is 255MPa and the minimum tensile strength is 415MPa.

Pipe outer diameters range from 1/4 inch to 36 inches. Depending on the wall thickness, the SA 210m Gra1 pipe table will also differ. Wall thicknesses are available from sch10 to sch160, standard and extra-high. The high wall thickness, high tensile strength and high temperature resistance of SA210 Gr a1 pipe make it suitable for high temperature, high pressure applications. Pipes can be made with different end types.
